These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of BlazorBluePrint ("the Product"), a software template created and sold by October North ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Product in accordance with these Terms and the accompanying End User License Agreement (EULA). Each purchase provides a single developer license that may be used in unlimited projects.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Use the Product as a foundation to build your own applications
  • Modify the source code to suit your project requirements
  • Deploy applications built with the Product for commercial or personal use
  • Use the Product in unlimited projects (personal and commercial)

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Product source code as a standalone template or starter kit
  • Share your license or source code with other developers who have not purchased their own license
  • Claim ownership of the original Product or its design
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices or attribution in the source code
  • Use the Product to create a competing product or template

4. Intellectual Property

The Product, including all source code, documentation, design, and related materials, is the intellectual property of October North. Your license grants you the right to use the Product, not ownership of the intellectual property itself. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Updates and Support

Your purchase includes lifetime access to product updates. Updates are provided at our discretion and may include new features, bug fixes, security patches, and dependency updates. Email support is included as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify the scope of support at any time.

6. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Changes in pricing do not affect previously completed purchases. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor.

7. Refunds

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

While we strive to maintain high quality standards, we make no guarantees regarding the suitability of the Product for any specific purpose or the accuracy of any documentation.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OCTOBER NORTH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless October North, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Product or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies of the source code in your possession. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which October North operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
