1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital source code products, all sales of BlazorBluePrint are final and non-refundable.

When you purchase BlazorBluePrint, you receive immediate access to the complete, unobfuscated source code. Unlike physical goods or subscription services, source code cannot be "returned" once it has been delivered and accessed. This policy is standard practice for source code products and templates in the industry.

2. Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

Source code products present unique challenges that make refunds impractical:

  • Immediate Delivery: You receive the full source code instantly upon purchase
  • Cannot Be Returned: Once downloaded, source code cannot be "un-seen" or returned in the same way physical products can
  • Full Value Delivered: The entire product value is delivered at the moment of purchase
  • Potential for Misuse: Refunds on source code products create opportunities for bad actors to obtain code for free

In rare circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice using the same email address, contact us for a refund of the duplicate charge
  • Technical Delivery Failure: If you were charged but never received access to the product due to a technical issue on our end, we will either resolve the access issue or provide a refund
  • Major Product Defect: If you can demonstrate a critical defect that prevents the product from functioning as described, and we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe, we may consider a refund or partial refund

To request an exception, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase with detailed documentation of the issue.

5. What Is NOT Grounds for a Refund

The following are explicitly not valid reasons for a refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Deciding the product does not meet your needs after purchasing (this is why we encourage trying the demo first)
  • Finding an alternative product you prefer
  • Subjective opinions about code quality or architecture
  • Difficulty understanding or implementing the codebase
  • Compatibility issues with third-party tools or services not explicitly listed as supported
  • Business or project cancellation

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly:

  • Your license to use BlazorBluePrint will be immediately revoked
  • We will provide evidence of the legitimate transaction and product delivery to the payment provider
  • You may be subject to additional fees and restrictions

We encourage you to contact us at support@blazorblueprint.com first to resolve any issues before escalating to your payment provider.

7. License Implications

In the rare event that a refund is granted under the exceptions outlined above:

  • Your license to use BlazorBluePrint is immediately and permanently revoked
  • You must cease all use of the Product and delete all copies of the source code from your systems
  • Continued use after a refund constitutes copyright infringement and a violation of our Terms and Conditions

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
